It Always Seems Impossible Until It’s Done

One of the easiest decisions a person can make is to give up in face of adversity. But that’s the problem- it’s the easy way out. I know it’s difficult to face challenges that seem impossible to overcome, and choosing to stop trying to beat them would save you a lot of time and stress. But where would you be in life if you always threw in the towel and didn’t push yourself to overcome adversity? You’d be stuck in the past because you only got to where you are now by persevering against tough odds. We are meant to grow as human beings and this is just one of the unfortunate steps along the way because adversity is impossible to avoid. So are you going to secure the bag, or fumble it?

If You Don't Follow Your Dreams, Who Will?

Dreams. We all have them. Usually in our sleep, but those aren't the dreams I'm talking about, in a sense. I'm talking about the dreams that are our aspirations. No matter how big or small they are, we all have things we'd like to see happen in our lives. Whether its reaching a certain status in a company, owning your own business, finding the love of your life to spend the rest of your time with, or even graduating from school, a dream is something very important to us. We try to find the means necessary to make these dreams come true but that's easier said than done. You see, nothing in life comes easy, especially dreams. Sure, there are countless movies out there that may say otherwise, but they're movies. Their purpose in those cases is to inspire us to go after our dreams and make them happen. And we should!

Strong Faith in the Face of Adversity

I know its been a while since I last posted. If you lived my life in college you would know why. The workload, expectations, assignments, and responsibilities I've been given lately have taken majority of my time throughout the week. The one thing that has pushed me through all of these times besides the support of my family and friends, is the man upstairs. Through God all things are possible. In my weakest times, he's given me strength to pull through any circumstance and any situation. Now I know everyone in the world is not a believer, but these past few weeks have really given me reason to speak on this. If you're not a believer at least hear what I have to say. If you are a believer, let this be a reminder as to just how great a God we serve. I'll keep my post short and sweet today, and hopefully I get more time to post more things that relate to situations in your lives that you're going through, or bringing to your attention aspects of life you may not have thought about as much.
