New Year's Dedication

With 2017 coming to a close, don't just use this time to think of what resolutions you will adopt for the first few weeks on 2018; reflect on what you accomplished this year and what you can continue to work on in the new year. One important thing to do is be realistic. I say this because if you brainstorm resolutions that sound really good but you know you may not stay committed to, it will be a waste. You will end up giving up long before you even make significant progress and going through the same motions from 2017. If you truly want to make this a year of change and better things to come, think about what areas you want to grow in, what aspects of your life - whether it be people or general areas - have held you back, and what real actions you want to see happen in 2018. Then, construct a plan, start with baby steps, and work your way towards your goal(s). You will see just how possible it is to make your desires a reality.

With that, I say Happy New Year to you and your families! And good luck this upcoming year. Make it a year you can look back on in 2019 with great pride and accomplishment.
