These days, people have become so accustomed to relying on themselves in this pursuit of either being "self-made" or having experienced disappointment one too many times. God's plan was never for us to go through life alone; rather, He desired for us to build community and lean on those around us. This idea can be pretty scary for some people—the idea of placing your trust in another person with the hope that they come through for you. It would be so much easier to do it yourself right?
